This training is brought to you by The SunRise Youth Intervention Organization and Dahel Techies, in partnership with the Global Youth Advancement Network of Michigan State University and the River Phoenix Center for Peacebuilding, Gainesville, Florida.
Project Goal: To equip 300 leaders with skills in Conflict Management through lessons in Restorative Justice and Solution-Focused Conflict Coaching.
Throughout this training, participants will gain insights into the economic impact of small businesses and volunteer-driven nonprofits, and how conflict can hinder their productivity. The training will focus on developing essential skills including:
